The Lofts at 35th & Clay is a family-owned business born during 2020 with the hope to provide a space for guests to enjoy life, celebrate special occasions as well as decompress from life’s stressors and relax and refresh. We do our best to ensure your stay is lovely and memorable.

Kristin and Holly co-manage 35th & Clay and Holly is host of The Lofts. She is the hospitality and organizing wizard who ensures your stay is incredible from beginning to end, from reservation to check out. She enjoys providing little touches that make your stay personalized and special.

Ashleigh Burchard of Honey Design and Build was the visionary for The Lofts’ functionality and beautiful aesthetic. From the big things (rooftop hot tubs) to the color themes, lighting, marble countertops and eucalyptus in the shower…it is all Ash. She is the most incredible designer and friend and we definitely had some crazy moments and many laughs on the longggg journey of building during Covid 2020.

Both lofts have a record player and an album selection spanning several musical genres. Each family member selected favorites which include everything from Luke Combs to Taylor Swift, The Eagles, Bon Iver, Johnny Cash, Dermot Kennedy, Michael Buble, John Legend and Allen Stone (and more).

Is it even a special occasion without flowers?? Fresh flowers are guaranteed and a non-negotiable staple during your stay! As much as we love fresh flowers, we also love our many plants scattered through the lofts. Is it possible to have too many plants? We think not.

Each loft has an adorable coffee bar with a Keurig (pods provided), pour over and French press. (A coffee grinder is provided though the coffee beans are generally not). Though we are definitely a coffee loving crowd, we also provide some assorted teas, hot chocolate and hot apple cider.

Each loft boasts a private 3rd story rooftop hot tub and outdoor kitchen. The string lights provide the perfect ambience to enjoy the patio space as you gaze toward the Boise Foothills.

The plush, monogrammed robes are perfect when hopping out of the hot tub after a soothing, winter soak before heading downstairs to enjoy a beverage, a board game or movie night in front of the fireplace.

The adorable, retro refrigerator is stocked with pancake mix (gluten free upon request), eggs, coffee creamer, filtered drinking water and your choice of local white wine or sparkling apple cider.

Guests are gifted their preference of a bottle of local red or white wine (or sparkling cider)!

Industrial meets elegance with the combination of concrete and authentic hardwood flooring as well as stunning, heated tile bathroom floors.

Lush, calming neutrals are complemented by intentional pops of color and variable textures to maximize visual interest while maintaining comfort and elegant luxury. Each loft offers a bedside chair with a lamp for relaxing while reading your favorite book.
